SPAGHETTI MEAT LOAF 
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. cooked spaghetti
2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1 clove garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste

Heat butter in skillet, add onions and green peppers, and brown lightly. Beat egg slightly and add to onions and green pepper. Add hamburger and cook, breaking up with fork until meat loses its red color. Add seasonings and simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix in spaghetti and pour into the buttered loaf pans. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

3 c. stewed tomatoes, canned
4 cloves
2 oz. can tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
15-20 stuffed green olives, sliced

Simmer stewed tomatoes until they lose watery look. Heat butter in skillet, mix in flour on low heat. Add stewed tomatoes, cloves, tomato sauce, onions, mushrooms, green olives, salt and pepper, simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Pour over spaghetti meat loaf when serving.
