CLEO'S DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

DESSERT:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. Cool Whip
2 boxes pudding mix (not instant), 1 chocolate, 1 butterscotch
Chopped nuts (opt.)

Mix crust and press evenly into bottom and sides of a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 1 cup of Cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Prepare puddings separately by instructions on package. Spread over cream cheese mix: 1 layer each chocolate and butterscotch. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill.
