1 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. sweet milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Combine the flour and milk. Stir well. Add the mayonnaise and stir well. Butter small muffin tins. Spoon the dough into tins about 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 9 (2") biscuits.
