ROCKY ROAD CHEESECAKE 
1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine crumbs and butter; press into bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese, sugar, cocoa and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin mixing until blended. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Chill until firm. Serves 10 to 12.
