SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, (can-drained)
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients. Pour in a greased dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Take out.

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter

Melt sugar and butter. Add cornflakes and nuts. Mix well. Pour over casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
