SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, canned
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine and pour into 2 quart casserole

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar (preferably dark, but light is fine)
1/3 c. flour
1 c. nut meats, chopped
1/3 stick butter

Combine and pour over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
