SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. instant dry milk powder
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix

In bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, instant milk, onion salt, garlic powder together and form into meatballs. Brown meatballs in butter.

Mix 2 cans of mushroom soup and 1/2 package of Lipton onion with 1 cup water and pour over meatballs. Simmer with cover for 1/2 hour. Serve over egg noodles or rice. Serves 4 to 6 people.
