4 tsp. bacon drippings
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 cans mild green chilies
2 cans white hominy
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup

Saute green pepper, onion, in bacon drippings. Add other ingredients and put in buttered dish. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
