CHILI BAKE 
2 cans of whole green chilies OR fresh chilies, grilled & peeled
2 lbs. hamburger
16 oz. Longhorn cheese
16 oz. Jack cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour

Brown hamburger, season with salt, pepper and garlic. Shred cheeses together. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with chilies, add hamburger, cheese and chilies; hamburger, cheese, etc. In blender, mix eggs, milk, salt, soda and flour. Pour over hamburger mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with salad.
