CHILI CHEESE BAKE 
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour, unsifted
1 pt. (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 (4 oz.) cans diced California green Ortega chilies

Beat the eggs until light and creamy. Add the rest of ingredients. Add chilies last. Put in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until browned good on top. 10-12 servings.
