QUICK ITALIAN SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for lasagne
5 c. hot water
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. chopped zucchini (about 1 sm.)

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in Dutch oven until beef is brown; drain. Stir in sauce mix, water, corn (with liquid), tomatoes (with liquid), and cheese; break up tomatoes with fork. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in noodles and zucchini; cover and cook 10 minutes longer. Sprinkle each serving with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. About 9 cups soup.
