SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/3 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans (chips or pieces)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix well the potatoes, 1 cup sugar, eggs, milk, salt, 1/3 stick butter and vanilla. Pour into buttered pan.

Mix up brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup butter and nuts. Crumble topping evenly over potato mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
