FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Combine eggs and sugar, add fruit cocktail. Add flour, salt and soda, mix well. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3/4 c. white sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 can coconut

Mix together.
