STEAK STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut in 3/4" cubes
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. fat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) can broiled mushrooms & broth
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. hot cooked rice

Roll meat in flour, brown in hot fat in a large frying pan. Remove meat; add onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook gently until onions are golden. Add remaining ingredients, except rice. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling. Lower temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add milk if it becomes too thick. Serve over rice or noodles.
