COCONUT MACAROONS 
2 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk 914 oz.)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 c. shredded coconut (14 oz.)
1/8 tsp. salt

1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

2. Grease the cookie sheet.

3. Separate the eggs. Discard the yolks. In one mixing bowl, beat the egg whites to form stiff peaks.

4. Mix the milk, vanilla, coconut and the salt in the other mixing bowl with fork. Fold in the egg whites.

5. Use the teaspoons to put small lumps of the mixture onto the cookie sheet.

6. Bake them for 11-13 minutes. The tips will turn light brown.

7. Remove the cookies from cookie sheet.
