COCONUT MACAROONS | |
1/2 can (2/3 c.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 3 c. shredded coconut 1 tsp. vanilla Blend together Eagle Brand milk, coconut and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonsful, about 1 inch apart, onto a well-greased baking sheet. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven until a delicate brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from pan at once. Makes about 30 cookies. |
