COCONUT MACAROONS 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil.

In medium bowl mix egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add flour and blend well. Fold in coconut. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet one inch apart. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet. Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
