MEXICAN SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce, bite size pieces
1 lg. avocado, peeled and diced
1 can sliced olives, drained
4-5 green onions, sliced tops included
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. corn chips, coarsely crushed

Combine vegetables. Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream. Add more, if needed. Toss with corn chips and serve immediately.
