LOUISIANA MUD PIE

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Bake a 350 degrees until golden brown.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar

3RD LAYER:

1 pkg. prepared instant pudding (any kind you want)

4TH LAYER:

Top with Cool Whip, then roasted pecans. Put in refrigerator.
