LEMON CANOLA LOAF 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
2 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/3 c. canola seeds
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and lemon peel and flavoring. Beat well. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients and milk to creamed mixture, alternating between flour and milk. Stir until well mixed. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into well greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour in preheated 350 degree oven.
