CORN IN A SKILLET 
3 strips bacon
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towel. Place chopped green pepper and chopped onions into the bacon drippings; cook slowly until onion is transparent. Drain corn and mix in pan with other ingredients. Break bacon into small pieces and sprinkle in pan over all ingredients. Simmer while covered, about 20 to 25 minutes.
