LOW CAL CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
2 1/2 tbsp. softened butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg
1/2 c. less 1 tbsp. sifted unbleached flour
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add cocoa. Add egg. Stir in flour. Add nuts. Spray pan (loaf size) with low cal non stick spray. Spread batter evenly into pan. Bake 18 minutes at 350 degrees F. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Cut into squares when cool.
