LOW CHOLESTEROL BROWNIES 
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil

Sift together first 4 ingredients and set aside. Beat egg whites until just frothy. Add oil and vanilla and mix. Fold in dry ingredients until well mixed. Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 26 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cut and serve.
