MAKE-AHEAD BREAKFAST BAKE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 slices bread, cut into cubes
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Crumble sausage in a medium skillet; cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Spread bread cubes in a buttered 12x8x2 inch baking dish; top with sausage and cheese.

Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; beat well and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until set. Yield: 6-8 servings.
