BAR-B-Q SAUCE 
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. celery, chopped (optional)
2-3 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions and celery in butter until soft and clear. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Pour over meat and bake. Refrigerate rest. For chicken, pork chops, ribs.
