PESCADO CON SALA DE ALMENDRAS 
1 onion
2 lb. white fish
1/2 c. salted almonds
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 herb bouquet
1/2 tbsp. thyme
Parsley sprigs
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. consomme

Place onion slices in a large buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with herb bouquet; lay fish fillets on top. Mix almonds, olive oil, onions, bouillon and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Pour over fish and bake 20 minutes. Serves 4.
