OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE | |
3/4 c. butter, softened 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 8 oz. sour cream 2 c. flour 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. cinnamon Combine butter and sugar. Cream until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and sour cream; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon; mix well and sprinkle over batter. Cover and chill overnight. In the A.M., uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Glaze, serve. |
