ZUCCHINI WITH GARLIC 
3 med. zucchini, sliced
3 med. summer squash, sliced
3 gloves garlic, chopped
4-5 tbsp. butter
Salt
Pepper
Lawry's seasoned salt

Fill a casserole dish with sliced zucchini and summer squash. Place 4 or 5 dollops of butter on top. Sprinkle chopped garlic and season liberally with salt, fresh pepper, and seasoned salt. Cover and microwave for 12-13 minutes on high until soft or bake in conventional oven at 350 degrees until tender. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
