APPLE CRISP PARFAITS 
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

In 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan combine oats, brown sugar and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes (mixture will be soft). Cool and crumble. Stir together pie filling and cinnamon; divide mixture among 8 parfait glasses. Top with slightly soft ice cream and oat mixture.
