APPLE TART 
4 to 5 Granny Smith apples, sliced
1/2 c. Splenda
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Pillsbury roll-out pie crust
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg white

Combine apples, Splenda, flour and cinnamon. Roll out pie crust to pizza-size and place on cookie sheet. Place apple mixture in center and pat with butter. Fold crust edges over apple mixture until enclosed. Brush crust with egg white.

Bake at 475°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
