APPLE CREAM PIE 
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. chopped apples

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Mix together sour cream, egg, vanilla and salt. Stir in flour and sugar; add apples and mix well. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degrees and continue baking 30 minutes. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over pie. Turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer.
