ITALIAN WANDA (LO-CAL) 
6 eggs
3/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. lemon or orange flavoring
2 tsp. sugar
6 pkgs. Sweet 'n Low
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour

Add all above together. Then add enough flour to make soft dough, enough to roll 1/8 inch thick. Cut into squares. Then cut 2 lines in the squares. Twist one side into the other. Shake off excess flour used to roll out. Deep fry. Turn. Fry only a few minutes. Let cool. Place on tray. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
