THIN CINNAMON COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar cubes
1/2 c. pecans

Cream sugar and butter. Add sour cream, dry ingredients and vanilla. Drop from a teaspoon onto buttered cookie sheets. Flour fingers and press flat. Add a topping of 1/2 cup loaf sugar cubes and 1/2 cup pecans. Put sugar and nuts through grinder. Sprinkle mixture on top of cookies and bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes. Makes approximately 6-7 dozen cookies.
