TOOTSIE ROLL BARS 
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. quick oats

Mix above ingredients, put 2/3 of mixture in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt over low heat: 2 cans Eagle Brand milk

Spread on top of dough, then drop the rest of dough in small balls on top of mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
