TOOTSIE ROLLS 
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Warm in double boiler or on very low heat in regular pan. Add:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk

Place on dusted waxed paper and work in another 1/4 cup powdered sugar or more if you like it stiffer.
