HONEY ORANGE BUTTER 
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind

Cream butter until light and fluffy; slowly add honey and beat well. Stir in orange rind. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with biscuits, waffles, pancakes or toast. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
