1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
1 tsp. butter
4 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook in double boiler until thick. Add a few chopped nuts and vanilla. Very good over loaf cake served with whipped cream, or as a frosting for an angel food cake.
