HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
3 slices bacon, diced
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
hot buttered noodles

Brown beef with bacon. Add onions and cook until tender but not brown. Drain off excess fat. Add seasoning to meat mixture. Stir in soup. Cook slowly, uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. Do not boil. Serve over hot buttered noodles.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
