1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (4 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. milk
Cool Whip for topping

Mix first 3 ingredient together with portable mixer until smooth. Spread into bottom of cooked or graham cracker crust. Mix both boxes of pudding with the 3 cups of milk. Pour onto top of first layer. Top the pie with Cool Whip.

This pie is even better if left in the refrigerator overnight. Cherries or chocolate shavings on top make this a nice company dessert. This is a very large pie and will make 8 large slices.
