CREME DE MINT BARS 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
4 eggs
1 can Hershey syrup
1 c. flour

FILLING:

4 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. butter
1 tsp. peppermint extract
2 oz. creme de menthe liquor
Green food coloring

Cream first 5 ingredients and spread in a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Mix filling ingredients and spread on first layer. Refrigerate 2 hours. Melt in microwave 12 oz. chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons oil. Spread on filling layer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
