CREME DE MENTHE CHOCOLATE BARS 
1 1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. green creme de menthe
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Melt 1/2 cup butter and cocoa together. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, egg and vanilla. Then add graham cracker crumbs and press into a 13"x9" ungreased pan.

Melt 1/2 cup butter, add creme de menthe and then 3 cups powdered sugar; beat together. Pour on top of graham cracker layer. Chill for 1 hour.

Melt remainder of butter (1/4 cup) with chocolate chips. Spread over top of creme de menthe layer. Chill for another 2 hours.
