CHEESE CAKE 
Crust:

1 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar

Mix in dish and pat down.

Filling:

2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and put on top of crust.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F for 4 minutes. Add topping.

Topping:

2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together and put on top of filling.

Bake with topping on for 10 minutes.
