CRAWFISH FETTUCINI | |
3 lb. crawfish 3 sticks butter 3 large onions 3 stalks celery 2 bell peppers 4 cloves garlic 4 tbsp. parsley (dehydrated) 1/4 c. flour 1 pt. half and half cream 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 lb. jalapeno cheese 16 oz. medium egg noodles Sauté seasonings (onions, bell peppers, celery and garlic) in butter. Add crawfish and cook 10 minutes. Add parsley, cream, flour and cheese. Simmer for 30 minutes. Boil noodles and add to the mixture. Sprinkle lightly with bread crumbs or Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F. |
