MARINATED GREEN BEANS 
3 cans whole green beans, drained
1/2 onion, finely sliced or chopped
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Sour Cream Sauce:

1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. chives, chopped

Mix together first 5 ingredients and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Stir occasionally.

Mix all sauce ingredients together. Drain green beans before adding sauce. Fold sauce into beans.
