GREEN BEANS 
5 strips bacon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
2 cans green beans
1 onion

Brown bacon; pour off drippings and drain on paper towel. Add to bacon drippings the salt, vinegar and sugar. Cook until syrup. Add green beans and onion. Cook until onion is tender. Add crumbled bacon to top.
