6 tbsp. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. cocoa

Sift 2 cups flour and cocoa together. Cream shortening, sugar and egg, then dry and wet ingredients alternately. Drop by level teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 425 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.

3/4 c. Crisco
6 tbsp. marshmallow fluff
1 egg white
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
