CROCK POT BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
6 carrots
4 potatoes, quartered
1 onion, sliced
1 c. water
1 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. celery
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 slice bread

Mix meat, cut up carrots, peeled and quartered potatoes, sliced onion, tomatoes, sliced celery, tapioca and water. Put in 3 1/2 quart crock pot and cook overnight.
