CROCK POT BEEF STEW | |
4 carrots, sliced 3 potatoes, cut up 2 lbs. stew meat, cubed 1 c. consomme 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. herbs 1 tsp. onion powder 1 stalk celery, cut up Place in crockpot in order given. Stir several times; cover and cook on Low 10 to 12 hours; on High 5 to 6 hours. OPTIONAL: Add small can peas, drained, last 1/2 hour. |
