FRENCH TOAST 
Makes 5 servings.

1 (8 oz.) carton EGG BEATERS 99% Real Egg product
1/3 c. skim milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. Fleischmann's butter
10 slices low sodium white bread
Maple flavored syrup, optional

In nonstick skillet, over medium heat, melt 2 teaspoons butter. Dip bread slices in EGG BEATERS, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.

In nonstick skillet, over medium heat, melt 2 teaspoons butter. Dip bread slices in EGG BEATERS mixture to coat; transfer to skillet. Brown about 3 minutes on each side, adding remaining butter to skillet as needed. Serve with syrup if desired.
