STOUT CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. stout or dark beer
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. dark molasses
2 eggs
Confectioners' sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 12-cup bundt pan. Combine flour, soda, salt and spices. Beat oil, molasses, sugar and eggs until well combined. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Beat in stout or dark beer. Pour into prepared pan and bake until cake pulls away from sides of pan, about 45-50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan and cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
